life took a toll

So a lot has happened since I last posted a picture! Life took over and I forgot about my poor little blog!

Thanksgiving 08-Here we are with mom all dolled up, I suppose. My poor brother had two casts on his wrists-quite the entertainment at the dinner table.

Christmas '08-Christmas Eve at Papa's. Here we are taking an updated picture of us since my grandparents don't have one. We were also trying to compare whose belly was bigger Danielle's or papa's-you be the judge.

Baptism-Dominic Alexander-Karol's nephew came all the way from Florida to get baptized at St Peter's in Connecticut. He's a cutie and slept the entire time, lucky for the preist and parents-I on the other hand was a little nervous to hold him, but Karol made me and now we have a cute/weird picture together..poor kid. ahh maybe next time.

In Memory of Pop, my grandfather-Januray 23, 2009. He was 77 years old. He will be missed and is in a better place no free of pain and suffering.

John and I decided to call it quits. We realized we were no good for each other and better off friends-se le vie-right?

I turned 23-what a grand time I had! Valentine's dinner with some lovely ladies-drank a little too much but ehh it was my birthday! Brunch on the actual day and walked around Central Park. We stopped at my favorite bridge and watched the ducks-all my favorite things on my birthday! I was princess for the day!

I became an Auntie-Jayden was born on Feburary 23, 2009! He was 7 pounds and 19 inches long! What a freakin cutie!! I LOVE HIM!! I didn't want to let him go, I am a proud Auntie and call Danielle every day to check up on them! Danielle and Jayden are doing just fine and my little sister is adjusting to motherhood. YAY!

Seperation Anxiety

Sir Rupert. I love him so, but my new apartment does not allow cats. I'm very sad. I've been trying to spend as much time as I can with him. I will miss him.

I still love New York

I finally went to Btown this past weekend. It was quite nice. Quaint, small and quiet-just the break I needed from the concrete jungle. I enjoyed being a tourist (for once)-John did not so much. We also were true to being college kids and partied it up-I actually learned poker! Lost, but still learned. Oh Boston you were great for a weekend. Your train system sucks and I love New York, but still nice to see.

shoulda let you go

SO this is my new haircut-it's super short and tres chic-well at least in my opinion. I needed a change-long hair was overrated. Time to be grown and sexy. ;)

Update Needed: October

Everyone knows that I LOVE LOVE halloween almost more than Easter. I was Cleopatra this year-quite classy I might add. Hung out with the coolest chicks in Manhattan and Brett. Drank, smoked, danced, ate, laughed, sore feet, quail man mishap..all in all quite an eventful night.

Update Needed: September

Some loves of mine came to see me towards the end of the summer. I miss them so. We had a blast walking around Strawberry Fields and other various parts of my hood. (well, I wish)
